A 6 STAR JOB! I had 25 contractors come out to bid the job on my home and from the minute I met Brian I had a gut feeling we would be working together. I can say without any doubt that choosing Hyer Roofing was the best decision I could have made and that you will feel the same after working with them. If not for Google limiting us, they'd get the extra credit gold star! From start to finish these guys are PROS. They let me observe the entire job first-hand, and when a big item came up and I gave them the green light to fix it, they had it done in record time and re-built much better than it was before. Every single inch of termite-rotted wood was replaced and I can now say with 100% confidence that my roof is solid and ready to go another 50 years. Brian even offered me some tips during the job to make sure the wood lasts that long and I followed his advice. I was impressed not only by the quality of the work performed, but by the sheer speed of his crew. They promised a job in under a week and were done in just over 3 days. The guys did a great job cleaning up the site after. The permit was approved without any questions and I now have a leak-free home again. The shingles look amazing and Brian knew how to do the job while saving me money without sacrificing an ounce of quality. I sincerely could not be happier. We just had a metal roof installed by Hyer and the overall experience is the best we’ve had with any company in Florida. We were recommended to use Brian after he did 2 of our family members roofs. He and his team did a fantastic job! He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. He actually came to our house first a few months before having our roof done, because we had a leak on the flat deck in the back of the house. He gave us his professional opinion and didn’t push us into anything. We ended up patching it to last a few more months. When we were ready, the paperwork was sent promptly to the city and didn’t require any adjustments. During the roofing process, his team worked fast and he even sent us pictures of the work. We definitely recommend him!
