I had the pleasure of meeting Steve from IRS when I was looking to remodel one of my condos in Lakewood Ranch. The unit was about 20 years old and showing it. Steve and his team from IRS came in and we went over a plan on the best way to remodel. We ended up doing the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, we did the bathroom vanities and flooring throughout. For the amount of work that was done the price was very reasonable. Most importantly the job came out great. A lot of other smaller work also had to be done like molding throughout and things like that. Final result was really really great and the price was also very good. I have sold the unit since but the money I got back from that work exceeded what I had laid out so it made all the sense in the world. They were professional, timely and thorough and very detailed. I am a very big nit picker and was extremely satisfied with Steve and IRS.

What really stood out was how willing they were to help beyond their scope – they even took my carpet to a shop just to see if it could be repaired, which they absolutely did not have to do. Great family owned business, I highly recommend for residential and commercial work. They respond quickly, renovated a club house after a the bathroom flooded. I got quotes from other contractors that were much higher. From start to finish they had the job done in two weeks.
