We just recently got a subscription with their iroofer software and let me tell you I am blown away by their customer service and expertise. I am someone who is coming to the solar and roofing field from a totally different industry and happened to stumble upon iroofer and it’s the best thing I could have done! These guys are the most motivated to teach their new subscribers on how to use their software that I’ve ever seen! They are the ones insisting on daily zoom calls with screen sharing and the walking you thru every step of the way. I’ve had a few zoom sessions with their team and every one of them was helpful but Vinny has been going above and beyond, he’s been patient with me and working on the areas where I need practice and insists on working around my schedule to teach me! Thank you Vinny you’re the man! If your a new company or been in business for a long time I highly recommend these guys for all your roofing and solar needs on estimates and numbers, not to mention their visuals!
