They provided excellent customer service, and came right out to inspect the roof even though it had been a few years since installation. I was impressed by the tech's knowledge, professionalism, and especially with JADA's quick response to my request. They can count on me as a return customer for my roofing needs. After several years, my roof is still in great shape.
