Janney Roofing is The Best. That's a really bold statement, with so many roofers serving Central Florida, so consider my supporting evidence: Price: I sought quotes from 5 providers, and Janney beat them all by more than $2K (kudos to sales representative Alex Renteria, with an assist to assistant sales manager Chelcey Deese). Performance: The "Elvis" crew was on the job from 7 am to 7 pm (before sunrise and after sundown) on day 1 and back again at 7 am the next day. Site supervisor Dennys Sequera was excellent with communication and progress reports. The best part? A neighborhood contractor congratulated me 2 days later on the new roof. People: I have made a special effort to highlight Janney's people, and for good reason. Special circumstance involving my HOA stretched this project out over 12 weeks, even though actual work totaled only 17 hours. A special shoutout goes to customer service rep Annette Montanez for keeping everyone engaged. Go Solar Bears!

Very pleased with our new roof from Janney. From the outset salesperson Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and paid attention to detail. His background in the field let him answer my many questions with solid information. His communication throughout was great. The administration in the office, Annette and Mikiya helped with a couple follow ups, always professional and friendly. The installation was quicker and better than hoped for. Cleanup and site maintenance was very strong. I was kept informed by on-site supervisor throughout the work, inspections scheduled and completion ahead of projected schedule. Roof looks great. I’m convinced that after comparing several estimates that Janney delivered the best value for a superior quality product.

Their complete team from sales representative Craig, Annette the project manger, to Mayker the on-site coordinator were all very professional and knew their area of expertise! I had Janney replace my home and barns roof that had multiple holes and leaks, after signing the paperwork my salesman Aaron made sure they came out to put a tarp on my barn thankfully until they were able to start the project. Shortly after my bedroom started another leak, I contacted my salesman Aaron and he promptly sent out repair specialist Eric to put a tarp on my house as well thankfully. Eric was extremely nice and helpful coming out immediately to make sure the leak was secured. I can't thank him enough for showing up to help with the leak so fast making sure I was taken care of and answering all of my questions. Then when the roofers arrived Denney who I believe was the foreman was great as well making sure my previous work was done to code before continuing and replacing what was needed. He noticed one of the drip edges got bent and had it replaced right away. He did a walk around with me to make sure I was happy and the roof was sealed properly and also gave me advise. Literally all of the people I encountered with Janney were pleasant and more than helpful. After contacting several other companies I am thankful I went with them.

Janney did a great job on our roof replacement. Our salesman, James S., the job supervisor, Rob H., and the job scheduler, Annette M. were all friendly, professional and first rate. From the delivery of materials to the final inspection everything went like clockwork, just as promised. We would highly recommend Janney for your roofing needs.
