Jarvis Property Restoration

To whom it may concern: (Cape Coral, FL) I’d like to share my experience with Jarvis Property Restoration and more specifically, Kevin Rice and Ryan Perry. I am a homeowner and have lived in SW Florida for 7 years. Like any homeowner, there is always something that needs to be done or a possible disaster/water line leak in your attic. (Ugh) I have tried company after company and cannot come close to finding the craftsmanship or work ethic I am use to, growing up in Michigan. It is beyond frustrating waiting for Florida contractors to answer a call, return a call or have only 1 of 10 actually show up for a scheduled job. (And the one who actually showed, you wish hadn’t!!!!) I met with Kevin Rice and was immediately impressed with his professionalism, promptness and kindness. This gentleman was always on time, answered every phone call, responded to any e-mail and was so unbelievably patient, as I battled my “clown of an insurance adjuster”. I was also blessed with the impeccable workmanship of Ryan Perry. This gentleman always shows up to work on time, always seemed to be in a wonderful mood and there are no words to describe how he transformed my DISASTER of a house, back to the BEAUTIFUL HOME I once had. Actually, Ryan made my home more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!!! These gentleman went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectation I had. All my Florida friends and neighbors (I’m not exaggerating) have had the same terrible experiences as I did, when it comes to Florida contractors!!! I am delighted that I can now share the amazing experience I had with Jarvis (Kevin and Ryan). A simple “Thank You” doesn’t seem like enough. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Dawn Martin
