Jay and Co. were so incredibly professional and flexible , made the hardships of going through the inspection timeline something I could understand and enjoy . The dedicated time was wonderful and they were patient with all of my inquiries. The inspection date was easily scheduled, he was clear and helped me understand things. Jay and his son (also Jay) were like the dream team . Side note , they were both incredibly kind and the sensible sarcasm used was perfect to feel at home !!

Jay really took his time inspecting the entire house. He was very thorough and called to go over the entire report and 4 point inspection. The report was filled with pictures and easy to follow explanations. Equally important he continues to be responsive to follow-up questions and concerns regarding the property. Extremely knowledgeable and a great asset for a first Florida homebuyer.
