John and Jamie great people. Jerry is a man of his word. I had a company come out two years ago did a horrible job went out of business. Jerry came in save the day. He brought us a team which is Jamie and John. They fixed all the problems if you’re looking for a good gutter guy, a man with service and quality I recommend him he served over 6–8 units Houses in West Delray did a fantastic job. When I called for an estimate Bill was at my house the same day with a very fair estimate. Our new gutters were installed one week after contract. Joe and Damien not only were on time but early. They were professional, courteous and made sure everything was as I wanted it. They did a fantastic job. Gutters were the last leg of our exterior makeover and we’re very glad we chose Jerry’s.

John & Jamie from Jerry's Seamless Guttering were great. They were on time, quick, efficient, professional, and pleasant to talk to even with all my questions. This is the 2nd time using the company and the experience was just as good as the first time. It was a great experience to use them to install my gutters after my new roof was complete. In My Opinion ABSOLUTELY WORSE GUTTER COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH!! Hired to replace old gutters. New gutters would not drain. Had about 4" of nasty water in both gutter runs. And nearly all the gutter clips could be seen from the road. The job just looked horrible and the gutters were not draining. I complained and finally the owner Jerry came out. I explained that I got another gutter company out here to evaluate my situation and they showed me the the centers of the gutters were very high and would not drain. He said they would need to be rehung and the holes in the drip edge repaired. When I told Jerry this he said to give him the chance to make it right. I did and the pictures you see here are the result. I just got off the phone with him and in my opinion he was very rude. He admitted that the job looks bad but that there in nothing he can do about it and that we should have left it the way it was. He never explained to me that this would be the result if he rehung them. I am completely disgusted. This is a new roof not even a year old and the drip edge had only holes from the previous gutters, now the drip edge is full of holes, bent, dented, and twisted. The job they did filling the holes, in my opinion, is laughable. Our signed contract says they will give every customer 100% satisfaction. This is not the case here. I asked for my money ($479) to be refunded so I can get these fixed. He flatly refused and said to take him to court. Which I am absolutely going to do. UPDATE 11/8 - received threatening text messages from Jerry that he is going to sue me for the bad, but 100% honest review. I’m sure his company does good work. But sometimes things happen and it’s how the company handles these issues that really matters. So I am not saying that they aren’t capable of doing good work. I am only saying that they did not fix the issues we had and now I am hiring another company ($800) to fix this mess.
