Exceptional service! After hurricane Milton came for a visit out neighbors let us know we hand some roof damage. Since we were not there I had to rely on the internet to find a dependable roofing company who would come out for a small roof repair job. I called J & M Roofing and left a message.. I received a prompt response fromTony, explained what was going on and he was out the next day to assess the roof. He advised it was a small repair covered it so water couldn't get in and at that point I told him I wasn't in any hurry for the repairs to be done (since he had mitigated any chance of water damage inside our home) and I was sure there were other who needed to have immediate repairs done.. Tony was very good at keeping me updated and was able to make the necessary repairs for us last week and I paid him yesterday. Communications with Tony were exceptional! Trust: he didn't know me yet trusted that I would pay him once the repairs were completed. He did not as for a deposit or anything up front. If I ever need future repairs or to replace my roof I would diffidently give Tony and call and so should you.

Just got an awesome brand new roof at a great/fair price! Mike and his crew were great...also im pretty sure the clean up crew found every single nail! I'll be calling them again when I'm ready for another and happy to recommend them to family and friends! Thanks J&M roofing

J&M Roofing Services recently provided roof repair/installation work that included the application of a new elastomeric membrane on the original, flat, concrete beam roof that was used when the house was built in 1981. After having six firms decline to provide quotes, one that was asking almost three times the going rate and one who's quote was competitive but would not have been able to start work any time soon, we called J&M at their New Smyrna Beach office. Tony Morgan from J&M Roofing Services was one of the few who not only called us back, but showed up and followed through after every delay and roadblock the crazy weather and booming construction business threw at us. Skilled installation: The crew leader came out and inspected the roof prior to commencement of work to make sure he had all the correct material, equipment and staff needed to complete the project. The installation crew was on time and ready to work. The work was well coordinated and done with thorough preparation and attention to detail. I enjoyed working with J&M and would recommend them to friends and family.

Just had a new roof put on due to damage from Hurricane Ian. Tony was exceptional in every way. Professional, friendly and very helpful. He guided me through the entire process! Always returned my calls/texts quickly. Can't say enough good about him!!! And his workers also were great. Worked hard and were very courteous. Absolutely would recommend them!!

Having a real difficult time dealing with this company. Representative for the company will not call back with the solution to my roof problem. The original work done was not done correctly. The one time the rep showed up he stated that the workmanship was wrong. Just contact me. would like to pick up where I left off this company does not follow through on anything. They completed a roof under warranty and the workmanship was not done properly. Now I cannot get them to return a call to discuss this matter poor business Mike Senior should be disappointed in his crew. The 100% guarantee is false. The workmanship is wrong. Please honor your work.
