JTR is an outstanding company! From the initial call, to the rapid response, to the thorough explanation of their findings, I was very impressed. They immediately began the restoration process by placing massive amounts of drying equipment for preventing mold after water damage from a pipe break. Clau, the specialist who worked with us, was so knowledgeable, he reassured us he was confident we could look forward to a good outcome. He kept us informed each day of the progress. The process took 5 days with a complete restoration from moisture. Thank you JTR & Clau!

Joe Taylor Restoration was great. We live in Germany and our apartment on Marco Island had water damage, including severe mold growth, and Joe Taylor Restoration, or rather Mr. Walter Clark, helped us repair the damage very quickly. We don't know what we would have done without your quick help. Despite the time difference, communication was always smooth and fast via email. Mr. Clark helped us tremendously, even though he was under pressure to finish as quickly as possible so that we could still spend our vacation there. Many thanks also to Mr. Clark's entire team. Let me just say WOW!!!! Carlos and his team were the best experience I’ve ever had professional and clean you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work they do. Hey we’re kind Carlos always kept me in the loop and explained everything to me before they made decisions they asked me my thoughts and if it was ok to proceed hey didn’t just come wreck my house and make a mess they actually did their best and reserved what they could clean everything maybe more clean then they found it to be honest! Hey put everything nice and neat in my garage. I so much appreciate this thank you! They moved everything out in bags kept my kid environment safe and I’m say thankful I got to experience a positive side of this company I’m thankful they sent the BEST out during this trying time me and my family are going through it just made everything better that they did such an amazing job thank you so much CARLOS AND HIS AMAZING TEAM!!!! They assign technicians immediately and were at my home that day. The technicians were very professional and texted me before they entered the condo and gave me an update after they left. The process went very smoothly and I highly recommended them if you have water damage.
