I recently received a roofing estimate from John Hogan Roofing, and while I ended up going with another company for this project, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had with their representative, David. David was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. He took the time to explain options clearly and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. Even though I didn’t end up choosing John Hogan Roofing, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future or recommend them to others based on the level of service I received.

I hired John Hogan roofing. From day one David came out and did my estimate. He kept in touch with me through out the project. He came the morning of the job to be sure I met the project manager. This is the second time we have used John Hogan Roofing to replace the roof on our home, and each time they did an excellent job. All representatives who we worked with were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service from start to finish keeping us informed of the work being done and answering any questions we had. JHR, while no longer a family owned company, goes the extra mile to ensure an efficient and quality reroof experience. I appreciated the transparency of the process. The crew took pictures every step of the way. We had a metal roof installed and, so far, all is well. While the process was mostly smooth, we did experience a couple challenges. The initial old roof removal process was super messy and there was debris, including nails, left hiding around the yard once they'd finished. Clean up could have been more comprehensive. In addition, the removal crew didn't have an English speaking rep on site when they accidently damaged some property (which JHR compensated us for) late in the evening. This was frustrating. The install crew, in contrast, did have reps present who were able to clearly communicate with me and address my concerns at all times. Communication with the company rep. David G. was excellent. His attention to detail and honesty were significant elements in selling us on JHR. We also appreciated JHR's willingness to extend their workmanship warranty. The roof looks fantastic. No leaks so far. We're hoping for 40 years of durability. We would definitely recommend contracting John Hogan Roofing.
