Kelly Roofing

Our 22 year old roof was showing signs of wear & tear and small water stains we starting to form on our ceilings after the last pressure cleaning so we decided we needed a new roof. I contacted several companies for bids and all we fairly close to one another but decided to go with JJ Quality Builders after not only being very impressed with their professional approach when sitting down and going over options for price and materials but the many positive reviews they received online. My feeling could not have been more correct, the entire staff from start to finish were excellent in every way. The installation crew, the project Mgr Mike Swietanski, all the people working in the office. They all were there to help make sure everything was done right and on time from start to finish. Even when Covid first hit, they were always in communication giving us updates on progress. I want to give a special thanks to Taylor and Tyler for being there to always help me with any questions or concerns...and to Rubin, dude you are a star ! The quality of work far exceeded my expectations and we could not be more pleased...also the gutter company JJ Builders uses were fantastic. We had all new gutters replaced around the house which came out beautiful.....I can't tell you how many positive compliments we have received from our neighbors on our new roof and gutter system. If anyone is considering a new roof replacement and are unsure of choosing a contractor, I can highly recommend J.J. Quality Builders to do a great, great job for you.

Danny knocked on my door from JJ quality builders he told me that they were working on the roof around the corner which turned out to be true believe it or not! Danny then advises me that he could replace our roof and add gutters for the price that other roofing companies were given just to replace the tiles. After we agreed to get a roof from JJ quality builders we were greeted by their wonderful office staff. Taylor and Tyler has been a pleasure to talk to as well both of whom answered and returned my calls whenever I had a question comment or concern all were courteous. Even during the lumber shortage and the price hikes JJ quality builders still honored their contract prices. Danny checked up and and to tell us what to expect step by step on the project and called to ensure I was getting everything we agreed upon. Highly recommend JJ Quality Builders they're competitively priced and quality!

I could not be more pleased then to recommend Kelly Roofing as an extraordinary company for a successful , competent , trustworthy, efficient experience.My husband was recovering from a life-threatening illness in a local rehabilitation facility and both of us were highly anxious about having our roof done . Tyler Reynolds, Project Manager, was wonderful as he skillfully guided us through the process. He painstakingly explained steps as they progressed, to me in person and showed my husband by phone . He led his crew smoothly and was careful with our yard and cars …thank you Kelly Roofing!!!

We received a quote from Kelly Roofing probably about a month ago. We negotiated and they came about a week later Not terribly impressed with them they went to the wrong house and it was only because someone in our home noticed that they were at the wrong house so had to go and explain to them that they needed to come to the correct home They repaired our garage roof and I was promised by their supervisor that we would have a walk-through and photographs of what had been done This did not happen, although I requested again and I was told we’d already had a walk-through And they would again send the photographs - not received Just to add to our frustration we had given a cheque to the supervisor when the work was completed and I received a couple of emails saying they needed payment I would certainly not recommend this company to do any work - they seem totally disorganised
