There was even a team member dedicated to ensuring that they were cleaning as they went throughout the entire build process. In addition, if we had any questions, there team was on standby (even after hours) to make sure all of our questions were answered or any issues were addressed. Not only that, we were treated with respect and as a valued customer throughout the entire process (before and after the first payment and well after final payment when the job was complete). While cost is always a question when undertaking these types of home improvement projects, the service and quality of work we received from KFR made this a worthwhile investment. KFR replaced my shingle roof with a metal roof including solar attic vents. I am very pleased with the workmanship and how hard working and professional the crew was. We had a metal roof installed and couldn't be happier. The crew removed the old shingles, replaced rotten plywood, added new furring strips, and installed the metal roof with care and precision. Jamerson was great to work with — very responsive and kept us informed. We also loved their Company Cam feature, which showed daily photos and progress updates. It made the whole process easy and transparent. Highly recommend!
