Luis was just THE most honest, candid and dedicated professional we have met since living here for 8 years. He spent so much time, obviously on roof but in our attic all over investing 2 possible issues. He told us no charge, he found we were fine and if any other issues naturally we will contact him. Another very well known roofing company came over as well the day before telling us about an issue. And we should have 1 of our solar roof panels removed (cost from solar company $ tbd), pay the roofing company $1300 to have a 12 foot section removed and redone, and get solar company back to put back the solar panel ($ tbd). So $1300 and estimating solar company minimum $1000-2000. Total $2300-3300…… For What? Honesty and integrity, makes clients return. Good work, makes clients return.

Fantastic experience with this company and especially with Jordan Burgess, who was our project manager. They had excellent communications, did a highly professional job, and completed the roof in two days. Our neighbors were so impressed that they also plan on using Klein (and Jordan) when they need a new roof. Thank you, Jordan and company for a job well-done.

⭐ 1 Star Klein Roofing took a client’s money and never did the job 5 months ! then completely stopped responding. Multiple customers I brought to them were ignored, left with unfinished work, or given zero follow-through. When I pushed for answers, the owners and management cut off all communication instead of fixing anything. Documented, reported, and unacceptable. Use this company at your own risk.
