Kustom

When I was on vacation in Utah I had a pipe break at my rental property. I received a call from my tenants in the middle of the night about flowing water throughout the hall bathroom and living room. I work for Kustom in the Jacksonville office so I immediately called (Marc White) a General Manager to help with the Emergency. He treated my loss with care and consideration. He was able to explain the process to my tenants and did an amazing job preventing more damage which helped speed up the repair process. I highly recommend Kustom US for any of your construction services including disaster recovery and restoration.

Scott Jessup came by my house and did an excellent job going over everything that needed to be repaired at my home in detail. He spent a good amount of time answering every one of my questions, and making sure I understood the process. I don’t give a lot of reviews, but great contractors are so hard to find these days. I will definitely be moving forward with Kustom when we are ready.

Wonderful! Will use again. The employees were prompt and stayed until the job was done. My bathroom came out better than expected. Also, Bob was a wonderful Project Manager - very easy to contact and responded quickly.

We couldn’t thank Kustom Us enough for all they did! Without a doubt, we would use them again! Everyone was always so professional and efficient.

Nice people but work is extremely slow. I think they have a lot of projects. They kept telling us they would do the next step “tomorrow”. After hearing that for several weeks, we no longer felt they were honest. Then they changed what was needed for the vanity numerous times, which had us question their competency. We even try talking to the manager but he never got involved. Such a shame, we looked forward to working with them.
