My company has had an account with Lansing for almost 8 years, the staff at the 301 and Tellevast location are the best Dave, Christian and all the hardworking material selectors that work out back are always on point I trust Lansing to provide my company with the best materials. Their communication is second to none.

Great wholesaler, just what contractors need. They have stuff in stock. BTW Jim is very helpful.

They won’t tell you that if you don’t have an account all extra material that you go to return they won’t return it in my case offer me 50% return fee instead of the 15% restock fee that’s on the receipt. None of this was mentioned to us at the time of purchase . And does not say anything on receipt besides it’s a 15% restock fee for returns . Which we was okay with but then they tried to change the 15% to a 50% . Horrible customer service . Products should have been returned for the 15% and noted for the next time of purchase as then at that time we would have known .

They should place that they only attend until 3:30 since I arrived at 3:35 and they did not want to attend me with a small order of only one door, a box of screws even I called to say that I was on my way that I would arrive a little past 3:[address removed] they could not sell me because I arrived five minutes after 3:30 this seemed very distasteful to me thank you
