I recently had Nick from Lapota contracting stop at my house and he did a free roof inspection. He showed me several bad shingles that had torn and were deteriorating. He offered to replace the bad shingles and seal the roof with a warranty. I was blown away with how affordable the sealing option was compared to a roof replacement. I agreed to the work and the roof was sealed a few days later. The roof looks BRAND NEW!! I would recommend this solution everytime looking at the results!!
