Install professional showed up as scheduled, briefed me and went to work. This Expert worked non stop from start to finish. Upon completion, he provided me with pictures of the entire Leaf Filter Gutter Protection installation, gave me the lifetime warranty certificate, and ensured cleanup was completed. I scheduled an appointment. Sage came to my house. She was very knowledgeable. She called her manager to schedule the installation. They were able to do it that same day. A great team of guys showed up a few hours later. The gutters look fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

We hired LeafFilter to install gutters on the back of our home and address fascia boards that were visibly warped and pulling away. The salesperson assured us the damaged boards would be replaced, wrapped in aluminum, and fitted with 6" gutters. When the installers arrived, I asked again about replacing the boards—they said yes, but there was a language barrier. I later saw them screwing in the warped boards instead of replacing them. I stopped the work and called the office. Even the salesperson confirmed we had discussed replacing the boards. Despite this, the installers insisted the boards were fine and continued the job. In the end, the boards were not replaced. They were simply screwed back in, wrapped in aluminum, and the gutters were installed. We paid $4,000 for 62 feet of gutters, two downspouts, and fascia wrapping. I believe we overpaid, especially since the work wasn’t done as promised. The final result was not as clean as expected—some aluminum sheets are misaligned, and the corners are poorly finished. I value transparency, and I was clear about what we needed. I hope this does not lead to issues down the road, especially with the boards that were suppose to be replaced. Unfortunately, LeafFilter did not deliver on their commitment.
