Wow! I was amazed that the team Len's Roofing had sent to do a new roof replacement.They where on time and finished the job in one day! I was not home at the time,but my husband called me and said Babe they are finished and the roof is beautiful!I figured it would take 2to 3 days! No.They sent a Army out to do the job😂.And the best part we got to enjoy our Christmas with a beautiful new roof! Thanks you so much Len's Roofing owners and Staff!👏👏👏

Lens Roofing replaced our roof on our Sarasota house. Justis was our sales associate and explained everything very well along the way. They were very receptive to questions and do a wonderful job of explaining all the processes. We were not present when the roof was applied, but the crew did a great job. ** I wanted to edit my review to add a two-year ‘after install’ of our new roof experience. It is always important to know that you’re going to get service after the sale. Cassidy and the rest of the team have been tremendous and following up with us on questions and concerns. We had two years after the installation. Nothing to do with any problems they created. But they were very quick to respond and excellent in their follow up and their notetaking for the CRM. Excellent choice to work with Lens Roofing. My overall experience using Len’s Roofing was quite positive. From the beginning during the tear off process to the repair of the underside of the roof and through the install of the new roof, I would recommend them to anyone. Their employees were extremely courteous and professional. Their management team was very responsive to multiple questions at various times throughout the process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Len's Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. We were thoroughly informed of all aspects of the job and all our questions were answered before the work began and during the entire process. Len's crew always arrived as scheduled, worked hard and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. The cost of replacing our entire roof was competitive with no surprises. Len's office staff was always friendly, efficient and helpful each time we contacted them. After the work was completed Len made a final inspection. A special thanks to Lisha Sly, Sales Representative. It was her initial visit after hurricane Ian that first impressed us with Len's Roofing. She followed up with us regularly from start to finish and always had a cheerful and positive outlook. We would highly recommend Len's if you're in need of a new roof or repair.

Prompt and professional. Assuming they did good work because I can’t see any more broken tile from the ground, and the new skylight looks nice and doesn’t leak. Their customer service was exceptional, and the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. If $4,350 was reasonable to replace a sky light, and remove, mortar and screw 9 roof tiles in place, then I’m very pleased. Honestly, I was surprised by the cost, but didn’t shop around after the 2024 hurricanes.
