We had Lightning do mold and cigarette smoke remediation on a modular home we recently inherited. Excellent team with outstanding communication. They did a thorough, professional job and closely followed the mold remediation recommendations we got from an outside company. They communicated with me promptly via email and phone with any changes that needed to be made as the work was being done and they did nothing without my written approval. I was out of state the entire time. Their communication regarding billing and work along with their professionalism made it an incredibly easy, low stress experience. We've used Lightning Restoration in the past and they were the only company we considered to help us with the water and mold damage from hurricane Ian. Pollick came out the day after I called, and the team started the next week. We had water and mold damage in the following rooms; the office, dining room, kitchen, and all four bedrooms. It took a few weeks but all rooms passed inspection. The damage was extensive. The staff were friendly and empathetic. Every question was answered. I was informed daily of their plans, and any issues they encountered. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They were understanding about the insurance problems, and showed an incredible amount of patience. Again, their services are needed, call them.
