I was incorrectly billed for work it turned out they never did on my house. After weeks of phone calls, their business manager said they would refund the money because they realized it was an error. Two months later they still haven't refunded it, and now they aren't calling me back. I just keep getting a receptionist who promises to give them a message. Since there is a question about the review and whether it is the same business, I'm attaching a screenshot of the receipt as proof. The receipt came from their Gainesville office. I will add the review to that office, too.

Shoddy installation job leading to years of damage. Our roof was installed about two years ago and nearly every single skylight was put in wrong. During installation no one told us they would be dropping roofing materials into the house through the skylights. Upon installation two skylights poured water into our home forcing us to tear up the flooring and walls. Two years later a constant leak in one was finally fixed but only after massive water damage to the ceiling and Mac Johnson having to come out himself only to tell us they failed to install a part of the roof. We had them out 3 or 4 times before they finally fixed it- so many times our insurance company now refuses to fix the ceiling. The water damage from years of leaking caused mold as well and when they finally fixed the issue, the damage to the ceiling and banging on the roof caused a recess light to drop out. I have called now for months trying to get someone out to fix the light from them. No one has come out and what is worse- they string me along day after day with the “someone will be out” or “they’re sending a team now” or “we’ll call you back” and nothing. I hate this company they’ve caused nothing but constant stress and I believe now mold in my house. We had to replace the flooring we loved with floors that are sub par due to their terrible roof job and now they won’t even fix a light that broke as a direct result of their negligence. Avoid them at all costs or risk years and years of stress.
