Had work done multiple times on warehouse roof over the last 5 years, always excellent service on all repairs. Great communication and detailed quotes, my first call for any emergency roof repairs or maintenance.

Very happy with everything about the job. Had a very reasonable price for a full roof replacement, and they even fixed a hanging soffit and some wood rot in the siding. In fact, with the siding they put in a protective barrier so it wouldn't happen again. In and out in two days, left the yard just as they found it, Scott and Brian were friendly and communicative throughout the process. There was some concrete damage in the driveway left by one of the trucks, Brian was very fair in making it right. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of roof work.

I have had Mac Johnson Roofing replace extremely damaged roofs on two properties that I bought. My experience with them each time has been outstanding. The prices they charged me were lower than their competitors and they finished each job in two days. I have also found the office staff to be very responsive to my emails and calls. I plan on having Mac replace the roof on the next property I purchase.

I was incorrectly billed for work it turned out they never did on my house. After weeks of phone calls, their business manager said they would refund the money because they realized it was an error. Two months later they still haven't refunded it, and now they aren't calling me back. I just keep getting a receptionist who promises to give them a message.

Here is my roof 7 years after Mac Johnson did a total reroof!!!!!! They refused to stand behind their work or make it right. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against them.
