Magna Roofing team working on our home was one of the Absolute BEST experiences of our 20years living here in Cape Coral. From Start to finish their Project manager Keith was thorough and friendly. He gave clear explanations of the entire roofing process, material differences as well as realistic expectations of timing and completion. True to his word on schedule, his team arrived early, worked late and met their timely completion. Their Inspection estimates were on target as described. The workers and site manager were very pleasant and respective. They promptly cleaned up debris during the day and at the end. Keith visited our site supplying Cold water, etc. for these hard workers in our Florida sun. (90-100° temps) Keith truly appreciates and takes care of his valuable team. He has a uniquely special talent and mannerism with his clients too. An expedited inspection procedure concluded in a timely manner which gave us a stress-free experience. To date we have the Magna Roofing sign on our lawn and we're proud to promote the expert workmanship and High Business ethics. We're thrilled with our new roof and we paid a fair and reasonable price. What a pleasure! We met with Alexander Geks and Shawn Alverson to discuss our roof replacement estimate. We had a strong feeling of confidence minutes into their presentation. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and concerned with our needs. They were very detailed in describing the benefits of the roofing materials, installation process and features that would enhance our home such as increased ventilation and heat reduction in the attic and overall durability of the GAF materials and roofing system. They conducted a complete survey of our roof and promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate. We reviewed the estimate and scope of the work to be completed and felt assured that the job would be completed properly. Alexander Geks was our project manager. What immediately stood out was the constant and timely communications with Alexander. Everything was very timely as well, such as delivery of the materials which Alexander was there to take an inventory of the materials and verify all was present. Alexander then provided us with a time line of when work would be initiated and the estimated time to completion. The day the work started we met Juan the on scene project manager. Juan also provided us with constant communication during the process, he also was in constant communications with Alexander and Shawn. The crew worked diligently and quickly in very hot conditions. Our roof was completed on time. The crew was very careful of our property and kept the area very clean. We were so impressed. The roof was beautiful and we believe it has enhanced the presence of our home. When the inspector from the county comments on the high level of work and proper installation you know you have chosen well. I know this is a long review, but Alexander, Shawn and Juan paid strict attention to every detail, we wanted to be detailed in our review as well.
