An absolutely amazing company to work with in repairing our entire roof and dealing with my citizens insurance. Oswald the owner, was professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about you. He helped me deal with the insurance process from start to finish to make sure they pay for the whole roof. He reached out to all his contacts and did everything to make sure not a penny comes out of my pocket. I can't thank him and his crew enough for repairing my entire roof quickly and beautifully. He even makes sure to leave the house in better shape than it was, he even mulched my front yard to make sure it looked great. Super happy with Mahogany Roofing and Oswald, I can't thank you enough. Throughout the process Oswald was thorough, quick to address any concerns and never hesitated to provide any further clarification on our questions. I usually don’t take the time to do reviews but I have to say MRC was my family’s saving grace during Hurricane Idalia…due to the natural disaster it took forever to find a company that was affordable, flexible and thorough. The owner took the time to reassure me on a realistic timeframe to fix the damage done to our roof and was accessible when I reached out for questions and concerns. In addition, Mr. Oswald took the time to help his workers on site when needed to ensure the deadline was met which was a pleasant surprise. When returning home my family was met with a clean home and a thank you fruit basket from Mr. Oswald. My husband and I were skeptical initially, but so glad we chose Mahogany Roofing Company!
