We hired this company to replace the air ducts in our attic, putting in a new trunk line and drop lines, and installing a new furnace and air conditioner. It was a three-day process. They had to crawl through a very tight, low attic to do the work -- in summer! Cut new vents. And more. From their office staff to their estimator to the crew that did the actual work -- everyone was great. True attention to detail, doing it right, good communication with us at every stage, a reasonable price, etc. We were very pleased to do business with them. We chose this company based on a friend's good experiences and recommendation, and were not dissappointed. We formerly worked with Bertie's Heating and Air. We had a better experience with this company.

This is a first class operation from their office staff, through their estimators, to their installers. They have been taking care of my heating systems for 26 years. I actually got 26 years out of my last heater. Bubba and Matt just installed a new system for me. They were so quiet I hardly knew they were in my house. Everything is working perfectly. It's always a pleasure doing business with Mark Hurm.

Had a service appointment for routine maintenance on my gas furnace this morning. The company called me yesterday to remind me my service was overdue and were able to get me in quickly. They were running ahead of schedule this morning and called and asked if it was okay to come early. Rick was very pleasant and gave me good information of what maintenance costs I should expect coming up.
