My experience with Martin County Roofing during my complete roof replacement project was outstanding. The installation coordinator Ashley was extremely professional, knowledgeable and my almost daily communications with her were the best. She responded to my questions & concerns quickly & clearly & was very helpful even when she was out of town. My experience with Derrick during job site discussions & during paperwork & payment pickup at my home was also outstanding. Derrick answered all of my questions and was super polite, respectful & extremely knowledgeable during every interaction. I have used other roofing companies in the past and there is no comparison to Martin County Roofing based on my previous experiences. Their costs were reasonable & I would recommend them in a minute to whoever wants a new roof inspection, installation or repair. You will not be disappointed. Thank You Martin County Roofing!!!

Martin County Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They were hard-working, considerate, polite, prompt, and professional. The office personel kept us informed every step of the way and communication was swift. They combed through the yard serveral times throughout each day to catch any nails or screws that might have missed the tarps and cleaned up prior to leaving the jobsite each day. Great job and we thank you all.

An amazing company!! Martin County Roofing was extremely efficient and very communicative throughout the entire process. Ashley Sawyer is a true gem! Ashley made sure to keep me updated immediately with every step of the process so there was never a time I had to reach out myself to find out what may be going on from the quoting process to the permits to the final inspection. On top of that I personally had an issue with my solar panels being removed from the house to be placed back on and although it’s not a service they provide themselves, Ashley took the steps to reach out to different solar companies and get quotes for me, sent them to me, and communicated with the company I chose to align dates and so on. The roof looks amazing and they were even able to save most of my gutters around the house so I don’t have to pay for new ones although Ashley as well looked up a few places and sent me quotes on that. Can’t say enough good things about this company and especially the time and effort Ashley put in to making sure I knew what was going on the entire process as I was out of the state on a contract job! 100% recommend this company and their work and if you’re lucky enough to get Ashley as your installation coordinator it would be even better!

Would not recommend this company at all, to anyone. Especially after storm damage. Very very opportunistic business practices and will take full advantage of you and your insurance company if they think they can. There’s better options. I decided to use a different company. Best money I ever spent was the cancellation cost to get away from them. **EDIT** since they so diligently decided to respond about a 3rd party adjuster, I should point out that their sales rep is the one who setup said adjuster. I didn’t know that’s what was taking place until the sales rep and the adjuster were at my home with the insurance adjuster there. They then submitted a quote to the insurance for $27k on a 22 square shingle roof! So if anybody would like to know why their insurance rates are going up, give them a call. Let them explain it. I actually told the adjuster to chill after I realized what he was doing. Don’t believe me? Ask him yourself. I hear he works with y’all quite a bit.
