Whole roof replacement was done in 2 days with a great group of guys on the job. We had a contract for 6 months while we got the insurance money and not once did Jon seem frustrated with the wait also neighbors with smaller houses paid 3k more than me. We have lived in Florida for more than 25 years - hands down, Jon and his crew are the best roofing company you will find. The unforgiving 2024 hurricane season hit us very hard. Hurricane victims, you all know how the hurricane damage is just the beginning to a very long list of aggravating and exhausting recovery work, made worse by dealing with shady Florida contractors. Jon came and was a breath of fresh air. He did an extensive assessment, offered solutions, and communicated so well. This young man is a gem. He and his crew are trustworthy, timely, dependable, and respectful. They were a bright spot during our horrible hurricane recovery process. I went through 5 different roofing company's before finding Massey Roofing. Every other company tried to push me to fight my insurance company in order to increase their payday instead of focusing on replacing the extensive roof damage. Working with Jon at Massey Roofing was quick and he focused on repairing my home. His willingness to work with me enabled me to get a new roof at a great rate before the next big storms hit. We had roof snd gutter damage from Hurricane Milton. I called a few other roofing companies and couldn’t get anyone to even come out to inspect the damage for at least two weeks and then it would have been at least another two weeks before they could schedule the repair. Jon came out the same day I called him, inspected my patch job to make sure it would hold up, gave me a quote below what I expected and that’s the price the job was done for.
