Master Restoration

After a pipe burst under my foundation in December and caused major water damage throughout my home, Master Restoration responded immediately and handled everything with total professionalism. Kyle, the project manager, was outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. His field team, Morgan and Kastin, were courteous, efficient, and did excellent work. Emily and Sierra in the office kept everything running smoothly. The entire process was seamless during a very stressful time. I highly recommend Master Restoration for water damage remediation.

Matt boarded up my house after a drunk driver crashed into it. He showed up pretty quickly after I contacted the company, and did a good job cleaning up some of the mess and constructing a temporary wall and wooden cover for the hole in the concrete portion of damaged wall. Kim and Debbie were also very helpful with communication and payment arrangements.

Highly recommend this company! Will Royals came out to assess the damage from the mold, knowing I probably wasn’t going to need further help, as we removed the mold ourselves. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and professional. We tried to give him money for his time and he insisted on not taking it. Sierra and Emily in the office were awesome as well. They sent confirmation texts and followed up with the service immediately. Very friendly and professional all around. I will definitely use this company in the future and refer them to all friends and family. Thank you all for your help!

Deborah was very pleasant to work with on the phones, they had someone out to handle our issue immediately. The price was reasonable given the urgency as they came the same day as the call. The gentleman that performed the work was very professional and did a great job. I recommend them completely.
