A tree pulled down our electric box and weatherhead during the storm, and in order to bring our electricity hook up to code, a hole had to be drilled into our roof. The electrician told us we need to get a roofer out to weatherproof it and Blake McDavid happened to be across the street at my neighbors so I flagged him down. He came over right away and told me he’d give me an estimate that night. Got the quote shortly after and he came out the next day. Not only did he complete the job, he blew off our whole roof, patio, and sidewalk. Blake was easy to work with, prompt in communication, and professional. He went above and beyond and for that, McDavid’s will be our first call for all our roofing needs moving forward. Thank you again!

Great customer service is what comes to my mind when I think of McDavid Roofing. I needed a new roof or my home insurance company was going to cancel my insurance. I was referred to them by a neighbor of mine who had hired them to replace their roof. I contacted them and they were able to get my roof replaced before the insurance deadline. Christine and everyone involved were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The crew that replaced my roof answered any questions that I had. I have been saying for a while that “customer service” is a dying art. There are some places that have not forgotten how to treat their customers and one is McDavid Roofing. They put a roof on our house twenty years ago, so we decided to use them again for another roof. The roof wasn’t leaking or anything. We just felt it was time. If that’s not a good endorsement, I don’t know what is. Good people, good business. My only complaint… Price seemed a tad high. But if it lasts another 20 years, I can live with that.

My mom and I got our roof replaced in February 2021. I just had a 2nd leak in the same location. The leak is due to a bad install and they basically just “caulked” the roof instead of fixing it. It took 3 days for them to return my call. They did come and take a look, but spent less than 30 mins diagnosing the problem and tried to blame some of the problem on the house builder who originally built the house. Minor issue is that he didn’t clean up after going into the attics, lots of insulation left on the floor which would have been easy to clean up.
