Just called looking for my discontinued tile. The man on the phone was very rude because I disagreed that painting a tile would not look nice on my roof. He was very rude and said "he was trying to help me but I did not want to listen" just because I had questions about the product. Nice way to get business. Whatever happened to being polite to customers. Welcome to South Florida!!!!!
