This product is one I recommend to all my new construction clients, quality, and longevity surpass other options, and the price is very competitive to other metal roofing options. The look/ style is comparable to high end tile but with a much longer lifespan. They also offer a variety of colors which my clients love when it comes to designing the exterior look of their home.

Oleksandr, Your company has owed me $1,000 for 9 months. Despite repeated assurances that this refund would be issued, I have received nothing but delays and excuses. This is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I entrusted you with a service that was not fulfilled. You acknowledged this and agreed to refund my money. Continuing to withhold repayment is both unprofessional and damaging to you and your company’s credibility I am formally demanding that the $1,000 be returned to me immediately. Failure to resolve this promptly may leave me with no choice but to pursue further action. Once the refund is received in full, I will remove my review. Until then I would watch out for this company and stay away unless you want your money stolen since this person is the owner.

Dealing with Alex and Metalite has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had as a business owner. He begged for the work, took the money, and then failed to complete the contract. To make matters worse, he still owes us over $1,000 for unfinished work and has had the audacity to keep the funds without delivering on his commitments. This is not just bad business, it’s outright dishonest. Any company that operates like this cannot be trusted. Don’t make the same mistake we did, stay far away from Metalite.
