I haven't had a great experience with roofers in the past. Mitchell and Sons however did an excellent job with some patching that needed to be done. They were kind and professional which made the project relatively hassle-free.

Mitchell and Sons completed a total re-roof on the home we purchased in August of 2023. The roof started leaking in August of 2025. The company has been to our home 5 times to try and fix the leak and have been unsuccessful. We had another licensed roofer come out to assess where the leak was coming from. It is the flashing that needs to be replaced and should have been replaced in 2023. They took short cuts that are now causing us a huge headache. We gave this estimate provided by the other licensed roofer to Mitchell and Son's owner and he is refusing to do the work that needs to be done in order to fix the leak. Now we are being told that our warranty and void because we had another roofer on our roof....they have done everything in their power to get out of honoring our warranty. On the last visit to our home on 9/25/25, the owner of Mitchell and Son's threatened to harm my husband when they were both on the roof. Things escalated and the police were called that resulted in an incident report being written for documentation. Our roof leaked again over the weekend. We contacted Mitchell and Sons roofing and have received no response.
