Contacted Modern Paintless Dent Removal today for dent repair estimate appointment. Spoke with the owner John who took time out of his continuously busy schedule to accommodate my coming to the shop this afternoon. At the time of my appointment, I was presented with more than a fair cost to repair a door ding on my 2025 Subaru. To boot, John offered to perform the repair right there and then. John’s protege technician Jeremy performed the repair in which barely seemed like 15 to 20 minutes. Like a magician, Jeremy made the dent completely disappear. I was totally amazed and sincerely impressed by their skills of trade. True to his word, John did make this a happy day for me. Thank you again for a job well-done and I highly appreciated the exceptional workmanship and expertise. I highly recommend this shop for their ability to make it look like it never happened as the nature and the conditions of the damage will allow. In the attached photo of the previously dented door which highlights the reflection of the ground, there is absolutely no visible distortion.

John did an outstanding job fixing the hood on my 2023 Escalade Sport Platinum. He showed up on time, was completely honest about what needed to be done, and his attention to detail really stood out. The work was done carefully and professionally, and the hood looks great. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work he delivered. I took my BMW to Modern Paintless Dent a couple of days ago with about three dents and some light scratches, and I am beyond impressed with the results. BAD, DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES. I just had the worst experience using Modern Paintless Dent Removal. First,John kept my 2024 Ram truck for seven days for a repair that should have been done in a few hours. Then got so difficult and out of his league that he decided to try to hide his mistake adding a cheap trim to the tailgate as you can see on the pictures and even adding electric tape to finish. After I uncovered this catastrophe I decided to call Stenson from Pioneer Dent removal for a second opinion and we discovered that John cracked the paint on the tailgate and now it has to be taken to a body shop. I paid John from Modern pointless $600 for a job that he assured me it was going to be perfection. All I wanted was for him to do the right thing and refund the money and he Didn’t. Please do your homework before you bring your vehicle to John at Modern Paintless Dent Removal. I encourage people from now on To call Pioneer Dent Removal.
