I am beyond thrilled that Modern Roofing Experts took on the task of changing our shingle roof to a metal roof. Luis, Mary, and their team were so professional and polite. They took care of everything from permits to cleanup each day. Luis communicated effectively each step in the process. We had quotes from seven different roofing companies. Modern Roofing Experts, Inc. were competitively priced yet reasonable. Other companies gave me a dog and pony show. It’s a smaller home so we didn’t need it to be a complicated process. Our property suffered a lot of damage from the few recent storm that blew over due to the negligence of this company. Over 2 month ago MRE company removed roofing material from the roof over my apartment with no installation of water proofing on the open membrane the recent storm brought a lot of rain and the water intruded through every avenue in the roof it could. We have a lot of drywall damage, flooring, baseboards, and insulation. We are requesting to come and replace or secured the damaged roof, no answer, no call. Not recommended this company. was approached by this company for a free roofing inspection. Scheduled it, they were an hour and 45 minutes late. They call me while I am at work to go over it, they had told my wife there were some leaks. I was at work and could not speak to them then. I asked them to email me or call later. After a week I called them on a thursday asking to speak to someone about it. The person on the phone took the message. I let her know if someone doesn’t call by the weekend, not to bother at all. Never heard from them. So glad I won’t be wasting my money on them. I don’t trust them to be honest.
