MVP came in and did the dry out and mold remediation from a water leak in my kitchen. They responded quickly and were professional. They explained the process and the communication throughout was very good. They removed the damaged cabinets after a "all clear" was given from mold test. I would certainly recommend MVP to those who have the same issue.

Leo and Vinny did a fantastic job in quickly assessing what happened and how to immediately resolve the issue without any delay. I called Leo on Monday night at 9 pm and he was at my house the very next morning. He ensured me that everything would be handled quickly and correctly at a fair price. Vinny was the absolute best person I spoke with regarding mold removal in my house, specially AC line and plenum. I have been calling dozens of companies in the past two days after a bad interaction with one of those duct cleaning companies that try to upsell you and scare you. The people I spoke with so far were all with the same attitude, pointing fingers at other companies, saying they are the only one good in the market, saying they will not proceed without a test even though I have the clear videos of mold, etc. Vinny was NOT like any of them. He was fair, he took his sweet time to explain all so nicely and professionally, he gave me ups and downs, he referred different people, he mentioned he kept third aprties to do different parts of the processes to avoid conflict of interest, he spent so much time on the phone with me without trying to sell me absolutely nothing, just for the sake of helping me after seeing I was so confused by the past experiences. These guys are the REAL DEAL! I had a flood from a pipe connection and, though I caught it pretty quickly, (because, well, Florida) there was mold. I contacted MVP and they responded promptly. They conducted testing that located and measured the molded areas. They quickly, courteously, PROFESSIONALLY, neatly and thoroughly mitigated it. They removed the areas of sheetrock, baseboards and my bathroom vanity that were effected. They cleaned all exposed surfaces in my home and sanitized floors and walls. They even 'scrubbed' the air to remove spores. The Techs, Lenin and Jared, bent over backwards to make sure I was informed and protected every step of the way. They packed and labeled my personal items that had to be moved. They were so respectful of my property. I am SO, SO happy that I found them. They even worked DIRECTLY with my homeowners' insurance, so one less stress for me. Luisana in the office was a great contact, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone I had contact with were EXCELLENT at COMMUNICATION. So refreshing these days. I HIGHLY recommend MVP!
