The communication was top notched. They practically held my hand throughout the entire process. My roof completed one and a half day because there were so much carpentry on my especially the one side. They cleaned up all the mess and even made sure there were no nails in the entire front and backyard as well as the driveway. Pure professional from everyone. Ownership and crew were very responsive with roofing evaluation, quote, and work. Excellent workmanship and very fairly priced. Our roof had extensive water damage due to having been last replaced in 1999, but required carpentry work was done in day. Contractor also carries both GAF and Owen’s Corning which made color selection easier.

Not only do they do exceptional work for hard to beat pricing, but the owner, Ignacio, is one of the most professional, honest and responsive contractors I have ever worked with. We were in the process of closing on a house but the bank’s appraisal and insurance 4-point inspection required a new roof before closing. We started calling all of the top roofing companies with the main requirements being; - We need the roof finished in less than 2 weeks - It is a historic house with special requirements - It needs to pass all inspections While most of the other companies had answering services that would forward my requests and questions, and didn’t get back to me in days, Ignacio at New Roofs Group answered my call, answered my questions, and sent me a detailed estimate all on that call. From this point on Ignacio and the team provided excellent communication working with my tight schedule and requirements. New Roofs Group put the new roof on a week early and did it over the weekend working Friday through Monday to make sure it was done perfectly and on-time. The house they were roofing was a 104-year-old house with a lot of damaged specialty wood that needed approvals from the historic commission, which they properly replaced, images attached. I am a very hands-on person, I asked him and his team a lot of questions, was there for the whole process, and they did an overall excellent job, especially supporting my questions and critiques. When finished, it passed three inspections; the historic commission, the city and the appraiser/roof inspector. Even though passing inspections with flying colors, the roof inspector provided some feedback on how to add additional long-term waterproofing in a certain area. I told Ignacio and the team came back and fine-tuned that spot! Great overall experience and I highly recommend New Roofs Group to anyone needing a new roof.
