Everyone I dealt with in management and the office was outstanding in communication and documentation. I had a bad experience with another roofing before this. It left a bad taste in my mouth. OUTSTANDING company to work with and I cannot express enough how fantastic it was to work with our rep Ricky Fernandez. The entire organization was on top of the project and communicated status updates throughout the process. Ricky went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and we were actually able to upgrade to an even better shingle within our budget. Next Dimension built my birdcage with panoramic screens. They did a fantastic job. All three brothers were always available when I called and constantly in touch with me. I am very happy with my final result! I have now decided to have a new roof next year and I will be calling them.

Run, run away as fast as you can. I was lied to from the beginning by the sales rep. Then I was offered all sorts of shady loans. The project lagged a bit in timing. It wasn't enough for me to usually complain about, but when considered with everything else, I think they poorly planned. The dumpster wasn't delivered the day before the reroof as scheduled. The next day, the day work was scheduled to begin, I got a phone call notifying me that the work would be delayed until the next week because of inclement weather. "We don't want to tear off a roof in the rain," was the voicemail. There wasn't a cloud in the sky that day. When they started work, we were expecting thunderstorms. It did rain A LOT during the process. Hmmmm ..... The first day the roofers were here, there was no dumpster so they just threw the old roofing materials over the side. Unfortunately, they killed an expensive plant. I was told they would replace the plant, but they didn't and now my calls are ignored. When the roofers they hired brought the dumpster, it reeked of dead fish, and my neighbors were not pleased. I, also, had to park in a neighbor's driveway. They tried to plug a dumpster generator into my electrical system, and they used my electricity for other tools. I'm dreading my electric bill. I requested a written copy of a labor warranty and a description of the shingles. I haven't received either. This is not a roofing company. They are charlatan contractors. Do yourself a favor and hire a real roofing company run by real roofers instead of a company that sends salespeople out to lie. Also, the employee turnover rate must be high because my account was passed around and I'd be told that the person I'd been talking with had quit. That's not a good sign. I've had several reroofs, and this was my worst experience. Stay away
