From the start, he impressed me with his integrity—he actually advised me not to replace my roof right away, saying it still had at least another year left in it. That kind of honesty is rare, especially in today’s insurance climate here in Orlando. When I finally decided to move forward with the project, Greg’s team was outstanding—efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring about my needs. His sons, Reed and Dale, clearly take after their dad. They provided excellent service and communicated every step of the way. Once everything was lined up, the office—especially Helen and Alice—made the process smooth and organized. The crew worked incredibly hard, putting in over 12 hours on the first day. Thanks to great weather and their dedication, the entire roof was completed in less than two days.
