After hurricane Helene and Milton, we needed to replace our roof. A friend recommended No 1 Home Roofing and we have been very pleased. Their quote was reasonable out of the four companies we quoted. Daniel, the estimator was punctual, informative and helpful with every question we had. Provided great references. Jennifer, Office Manager is top notch. Friendly, willing to adjust and worked well with the screen enclosure company, to coordinate the job. The crew was amazing, very skilled and worked well together. We needed lots of plywood and fascia replacement and they handled well. Great clean up and high quality work. Job took 2 days without any problems. In summary, super great office staff with Jennifer, excellent price, friendly hard working crew and done in two days. We highly recommend No 1 Home Roofing.

No 1 home roofing has always been the most reasonable quote I have gotten for any home (I am a Real Eatate Agent), so naturally I used them for my own home as well. The roofers worked from 7:30 a.m till 8:30 p.m for two days and everything looked great. They were very pleasant and quick!

After having been through 2 major hurricaines in 2 weeks, I needed a new roof. A friend recommended No1 Home Roofing and I could not be happier. Their quote was reasonable, and their work was top notch. Chris came out to give me the estimate. No pressure, no sales pitch and no gimmicks. He was confident enough to drop the estimate on the table, knowing it was the best price after he explained what services I would be getting. Jennifer was friendly and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. From the admin/paperwork side of things, she was excellent! On job day, I was told they would arrive at 8am to start work. I woke up at 730am to move some vehicles and found several workers already on scene. By 8am, my roof was being ripped apart. Throughout the day, the foreman spoke to me about the process, progress and how much wood they needed to replace. They broke for lunch, but got right back into it and the roof was completed by about 5pm dispite a lot of replaced plywood! Replacing a roof is a loud endeavor. One day was great. I certainly didn't want two or even three days of hammering and nail guns overhead. The clean up, which started during the tear down, was perfect. I have heard stories of finding roofing nails weeks after a project like this. I have looked all around and have not found a single nail (almost 5 days). Their workers were friendly and professional. To summarize: Super great office staff, excellent price and done in one day. (oh yeah, and the neighbors all say it looks great!) I highly recommend No1 Home Roofing.
