I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for your employee Ray. As the owner of the above property that he had been assigned to. I have had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand the tremendous dedication and effort he is putting into making my home to be completed to my expectations. He has kept me informed of all the processes, he has guided me as to what each process is and always answers my phone calls or returns my calls as soon as possible . He never makes me feel like I am bothering him with all my questions and believe me I always have. lots of them. His crew is awesome, and the work being done to date is beautiful. Rays attention to detail and strong work ethics are remarkable and inspiring. He consistently goes above and beyond his role and it has not gone unnoticeable. His outstanding contribution have greatly impacted the rebuild of our home to go smoothly. We have been blessed to have Ray as the supervisor over our project. I am sharing this with you because I feel that excellent employees need to be recognized for their work and at the same time to let you know what a blessing it is to have employees like Ray working for your company. Yall are the best! After being the victim of arson I had no clue what to do. Mike Shorb and everyone at OCC911 took great care of me. It was a long ordeal but we finally made it through it and I love how my condo turned out! Ray was a great site manager, he even showed up on a day he wasn’t working to fix something! The whole crew definitely took a lot of the stress off of my shoulders and I am so happy with the end result

I had the pleasure of working with Lane Adriance, Reconstruction Project Manager, at OCC911 and his team! Lane and his team were AWESOME and were able to fix a leak I had in my bathroom which included drywalling and new trim! I was beyond impressed with their hard work, great communication, and timeliness! Unbelievable crew and work! Thank you all!

I have been working with this company since June 2025. They have a large operation and a nice facility, and they have built over 5,000 homes. However, I have some concerns about my experience. While they handle many aspects of the process, I regret not coordinating more closely with my insurance and wish I had stayed with the first contractor we hired. It's important to take notes and document everything, as I have experienced some confusion along the way. I plan to update this review once our home is completed, hopefully by the end of the year. I encourage potential customers to consider all reviews, both positive and negative, as I have come to understand some of the warnings are valid. If you need cleaning services after a fire, this company might be suitable for that. However, for home construction, I recommend exploring smaller firms or working directly with your insurance company for a smoother experience.
