On-Deck Restoration

I want to thank Shaun for his professional assistance. He arrived to our house in a timely manner and set up his equipment while monitoring moisture in our laundry room and pantry. They returned 4 days later to monitor equipment and within a week to 10 days he returned and evaluated the area and was able to remove his equipment. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. This is our first experience with home remediation and it helps to have confidence with the company you use. Thanks again Shaun !

He left the job site, very professionally and well cleaned explained everything and did a great job. 10 out of 10 would recommend unfortunately, I can only give five stars otherwise it would be that 10

My house was flooded while I was out of town, and Shawn came to begin the restoration process. He was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. His clear communication and calm demeanor really put me at ease during a very stressful time. I truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend his services.

The young man who came to my house did an excellent job of explaining what he will do, how he will do it, how long it will take & what I should expect as the job progressed. He was spot on with everything. He wasted no time setting up his equipment. I appreciated his willingness to address my concerns. He was very professional.
