He and his team did an outstanding job repairing my client’s tile roof. He was also very honest and cost-effective, providing the best quote for the work needed. Matt found 3 areas of concern and repaired the roof decking before we had any serious roof leaks. The squirrels liked to sharpen their teeth on the galvanized vent pipe in the kitchen so he removed it all, repaired the plywood and prepared the decking before replacing the tiles without breaking them! Matt is polite, professional, timely and does not try to “over sell” on services you do not need. Thank you Matt!

Very happy with the work! They squeezed me in because my roof leak was getting progressively worse and we had heavy rains coming. Matt thoroughly assessed the situation and also explained not only what he did, but any concerns that I should be aware of. They cleaned up any debris and asked if I had any questions when complete. I had a wonderful re-roof experience with Patch Roofing, LLC with Matt. I received many quotes from companies, some sent a quote in email and did not see the house. Two companies came to see the house, one of which was Matt. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns with an old electrical pole that needed removed. He did not try to over sell anything and made the suggestion of using stainless nails being so close to the salt water/air. He also coordinated to have the 3rd nail installed so I could receive an insurance discount. Matt's quote was lower than the other company that came to see it and that other company also said if I needed things painted to ask on the job to keep the quote lower. Frankly who wants to monitor the workers and make these requests as they work? Luckily Matt's quote included anything that needed painted. If you need a re-roof and want a nice roofer who takes the time to answer all of your questions then let Patch Roofing give you a quote and do the job! You won't be disappointed. So thankful I found them.
