Since day one, communication and details of the whole restoration and repair project were clear and professional. We had a water damage event that resulted in mold that required remediation. The team from Paul Davis did an excellent job in managing the project and keeping it moving. The subs were well coordinated and timely in completion of their respective areas. The quality of work was very good. They were very communicative and kept me informed of progress as well as any decisions that were needed from me. Paul Davis spent two weeks at my house remediating mold caused for a new build with Pulte in Bonita Del Sol. We received the all clear to move back in but there was still mold everywhere and our symptoms came back within approximately 24 hours. I had to hire my own competent mold assessor to check there work… mold present. See report received after they “remediated” it.
