The team at Paul Davis was amazing…. all the way through the entire process, which can be so overwhelming and time-consuming, to the finishing of the job. They took all the worry away with their professionalism. Debra was awesome!! Satisfied with all aspects of the job and would use the company again and again!! The team made this happen! I found this company through my insurance company. They are a preferred restoration company and I can see why. Debra Hitson headed up the team that did the mold remediation in my house. She is fabulous. They had to many things including fragile items to pack and move elsewhere in the house. She took great care of our possessions. The team had to setup containment areas. One of these could have been set up in a way that would have blocked access to part of the house and the team originally planned to do that. I spoke with Debra and she worked with us to be sure that didn't happen. Throughout the entire process, Debra was professional, kind, and accommodating. In addition, she was always available by phone. Her entire team was very good and easy to work with. This could have been an awful experience, but this company, and especially Debra Hitson, made it manageable.

We recently had a major leak in our kitchen, which was very stressful, but Paul Davis Restoration, especially Joe and his crew put our minds totally at ease. From start to finish, they walked us through the entire process, worked closely with our insurance company, and delivered incredibly high-quality work. Our kitchen has never looked better. We really appreciated their communication, professionalism, and care. We highly recommend their services and would absolutely use them again in the future.

While I am not typically inclined to leave negative feedback, I believe it is important to share my experience with Paul Davis Restoration following a significant flood in my home. My expectation during such a stressful time was for consistent, clear communication and professional guidance, which, unfortunately, was not consistently met by the initial team. The primary challenge was a lack of proactive and clear communication. I often found myself having to seek out updates, and my inquiries were frequently met with brief, unhelpful responses that left me with unresolved questions. A more empathetic and approachable demeanor from the staff would have been greatly appreciated given the difficult circumstances. However, the situation improved dramatically when Joe Santore assumed responsibility for our project. Joe demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care from his very first day. He immediately established clear lines of communication, set realistic expectations, and provided regular, detailed updates at every stage. His attention to detail was evident in the high quality of the work performed. What had been a highly stressful situation due to a lack of clarity was transformed by Joe into a manageable and, ultimately, stress-free process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and on time. I am profoundly grateful for the pride and respect Joe showed for his work, my home, and my family's situation. He is a clear asset to this company.
