Paul Davis Restoration of Pinellas County

On New Years morning at 12:01/AM a drunk driver drove through our bedroom!!! Doing serious damage to our home. On a recommendation from a friend we called Paul Davis and the Representative (Paul Battle) showed up within hours and got us secured and assured us that they would take care of all our needs. Once we felt with the Insurance "crap" Paul Davis got to work. Our point of contacts (Patrick Godcharles & Chris McDonald) couldn't have been more helpful in getting the job done. Response to our calls & texts were handled immediately. We couldn't ask for better service or care. All the permits and work was handled in a most professional manner with concern for us. Their mason did a fine job rebuilding our 2 destroyed walls. The crew that did all the stucco, painting, wood work and finish work were amazing and did above and beyond with detail. The only compliant was the electrician was a bit of an putz and needed to be supervised at all times by Patrick or Chris. Upon completion of our project there was not a single item on our punch list..... nothing!!! Our furniture and items were taken to a climate controlled storage and our bedroom furniture moved to the guest room... upon completion of the job everything was put back in place by their crew (Robert & James) in a most professional manner. We couldn't have imagined how our house would ever be back to normal... Paul Davis Restoration did exactly what they said they would do to get our home back for us. We highly recommend them.

We were so fortunate to have Paul Davis of Pinellas County handle all of our restoration work from Hurricane Helene. From the very first meeting with Brett Maxwell, to the entire project directed by Jordan Schumacher, we experienced excellent service and professional attention to all of our needs. Jordan did an outstanding job in communicating with us and helping us to make so many decisions in our repair work. We consider ourselves truly blessed to have hired this wonderful team!

My home received water damage from fault of an AC issue. I worked with them throughout each stage. The dehumidifier process, this crew because like family visiting daily, very nice people. Then in the restoration process, each step of the process was a process but they handled every step perfectly. I am very grateful for my remodel. The new floors and their care to my home has truly transformed my house. Good people, good work! 👍

Gary and Matt did an excellent job handling my flooding issue from start to finish. From water mitigation to repairs which included replacing all floors and baseboards. They were extremely professional and communicated well. Fernando their contractor who did the repairs was also the best I’ve worked with. Will use Paul Davis in the future because of my experience with Gary, Matt, and Fernando.

In the middle of a sale, home inspector finds some mold under my kitchen cabinets at my condo. Not being a permanent resident I was at the mercy of google and its five star reputation. A little research and I had the number for Paul Davis restoration. These guys were great, and did an exceptional job. From the start, they had the knowledge to work with my insurance company, were straight forward, honest, and the communication was excellent. They came in, assessed the situation, got right to work, and did a 100% fantastic job. I had the pleasure to work with Bret Maxwell and Brian Stacey, two top notch guys who will make sure you’re getting their best every day. Can’t say enough about Paul Davis. They truly stood up to their reputation.
