Paul Davis Restoration of the Emerald Coast

Daniel has overseen the remodel of my house that was hit by lightning. He has gone the extra mile to insure a quality job was delivered. My house had special wood trim that could not be purchased. Daniel found a vendor to custom make the material. He personally installed the trim once it was received. We are back in the house and he continues to make the punch list is handled. Very personable, nice and competent guy!!

Paul Davis did a fantastic job on our new roof. From start to finish the process was seamless, the crew was efficient and the finished work outstanding. Our representative Derrick Robinson was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Lupe and Charlie were great to work with and my two bathrooms and bedroom look beautiful. I especially appreciate that when they found some pipes in bad shape, they told me about it instead of just continuing with their work. This way, I was able to get it taken care of while the walls were already opened up. It would have been awful to have my brand new bathroom torn out in a few months or so due to a leaking pipe.

So Ahmed was my Project Manager. All around great person. If I had an issue he took care of me. I am giving 4 star simple because he as a manager took care of our issues(5 star). If you're to use this company just be mindful that the workers although work hard are a little sloppy, but if all project managers are like Ahmed then they will be held accountable. If the workers were less sloppy and treated my stuff in the house a little better I would of gave 5 stars. Anything damaged by them Paul Davis replaced. And even after the work is complete, Ahmed still keeps up and makes sure it was to our liking. It sucked that we had a pipe burst and had to go through that but I am glad we had Paul Davis to the rescue. Took less than 2 months and house is back to normal. Which is pretty speedy when you are dealing with Insurance Adjusters and Mortgage company. Thank you Paul Davis!!!!

Nice people BUT NOT CUSTOMER OUTCOME oriented. Used Paul David’s to provide Mold Remediation , only to have it return in less than a year. While I am sure I could have asked more questions they did work without mandating industry protocols and now that I am doing it again, I find the price of others is 1/10 of the price of what was charged! 50k for no outcome! Take the money and run company! I don’t mind paying for premium services but I expect premium customer service and success If Paul Davis felt accountable they could have resolved issues at low cost honoring warranty and not standing behind fine print. A disappointing experience all around it must be a leadership business model issue!
