My roof is amazing!! Doug had me from the first time we met. He was very thourough in his presentation. It was a two day project and he was always available during the entire process. We by far have the best quality roof in the entire subdivision. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing Group to all.

Marissa and Richard in the office were responsive and helpful, always quick to answer questions. David, the production manager, made sure everything met our expectations, and the crew was respectful and impressively efficient. The quality of the roof replacement was outstanding. We were extremely pleased with everyone from beginning to end. Their customer service, attention to detail and professionalism is beyond reproach. They handled everything. Permitting, inspections, removal of every tiny bit of debris. We just sat back while they did it all in ONE day. New roof looks amazing. Prices are very transaparent, no surprises at the end. The crew did a great job, my roof looks beautiful! They did extra nail sweeps which I greatly appreciated because I have 3 dogs that go outside daily in our yard. I had gotten 4 quotes and Pinnacle was my last. I chose Pinnacle because they took the time to explain the materials, process and pricing up front.
