Pitch Roofing was a delight to work with from start to finish with my roof replacement. Owen and Catalin kept the communication flowing during the entire installation process, and Owen followed up several times to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Owen also worked diligently to get me information about the attic fan they installed and help me find a solution to the fans operation and temperature control! I highly recommend Pitch Roofing for anyone’s roofing needs!

I purposefully wait a week or two before writing reviews just in case something happens: I finally decided it was time to have my roof replaced. I received quotes from over a half dozen contractors and actual roofing companies. Some of them told me I don't need certain extra features I wanted, some of them had no warranty, some were asking twice the amount of the others and some wanted 1/2 of the payment down right then and there while pressing me to sign a contract. When I got a quote from PITCH, Owen was my contact and he was very easy to work with as far as the extra options I wanted and did not pressure me into any decisions. He was also very informative about the products they offer and why some materials work better than others in our area. PITCH was able to work with me on a price and with what I wanted done, and the whole experience made me feel very comfortable. So, we decided to move forward with the replacement. Once the work commenced, it was hassle free and done quickly. The roof looks amazing compared to what I had before. I never had a ridge vent before and now that they installed one, my house and garage are noticeably cooler. They provided pictures they took during the replacement process, so I was able to see what my decking looked like and what boards were replaced. Once it was done, they did as good as they could cleaning up but understandably, they cannot get every last nail. The few that I found here or there were not in an area they could have been stepped on and nowhere near any tires, so it was no problem. From start to finish, it was a great experience working with PITCH for my roof replacement and I've already recommended them to neighbors and coworkers.

The communication,work quality ,and professionalism I received from Pitch Roofing was supberb.i had the pleasure of dealing with the sales representative Kevin Rock.His last name speaks for itself. Caitlin the Production Manager is exceptional and demonstrates great quality in handling her day to day job.She and Kevin were both responsive to calls and emails,and they went above and beyond in assisting me through this process. When Kevin came to my residence, he explained the process and project details in simple terms .I also received regular updates ,I have never seen anyone in this type of Sales Representative business so patient as Kevin.He took the time to listen attentively, and to assist me through this entire process. The company used quality materials ,and they finished the work on the specific date they said they would. I refer this company to other homeowners,and I can assure all of you ,that you will be very happy with the measure of the work this company does. They are the best in the business.

From the moment we first met the sales person, Benjamin, we felt we were making the right decision to have PITCH Roofing complete out 1700 sq ft roof replacement. Benjamin was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. His demeanor was also very relaxed and patient as he answered all our questions until we were satisfied. Caitlin was the next individual we interacted with and she was a true gift in assisting us throughout the project, responding quickly to our inquiries and managing the paperwork and scheduling. The production manager, Jennifer was less communicative and busy. A large crew arrived on the scheduled day and began work, which took 1 1/2 days to complete. Although there were some initial issues with the work the crew was doing, they made the requested adjustments when requested by St Pete building inspector. It was surprising that there wasn’t an English speaking person on the crew since several times we had questions and concerns that were difficult to resolve due to language barriers. The finished quality of the roof and work were quite acceptable and we would recommend them. Especially Benjamin & Caitlin.

I contracted with Pitch Roofing of Seminole, Fl. to reroof my house mainly due to a ponding issue. My main concern was to eliminate the ponding issue and the salesperson stated this would be taken care of by installing an engineered tapered insulated board which I paid extra for. I also asked salesperson if Pitch had their own permanent installers and he said they did. Upon the installation which was done on weekend of July25th the ponding area that was to be repaired was still ponding and the roofers could not speak English. I spoke to the salesperson at length, and he stated he would communicate with office and visit me at property in a few days and I never heard from him again. The roof failed inspection, and they came back out and applied an elastomer which made the ponding even worse and more extensive. The owner finally came out along with elastomer rep and a few others. I applied water on roof to show them and all they could state was there a 20 year warranty on elastomer and this 48 hour rule which unfortunately is allowed. I requested 20 year warranty paperwork from owner and elastomer rep and have never received. I had several issues with Pitch and it is extensive but will summarize. One of the reps in the office could not tell me if the installers were permanent Pitch employees or subs, this was important to me and I went with what the salesperson told me about the installers but I never got firm confirmation that the installers were not subs. Poor communication between me office and salesperson, I had to call several times to see status of roof. Pitch never has provided any 20 year warranty on this elastomer. This job took two months to complete. Pitch left material behind and never picked up. I had their material in front of house for over two months, picture attached. Pitch did not remove all old roofing material on roof as was stated in contract to remove and dispose. Pitch stated that removing the old material would take off the wood but that was not the case, the roofers caught the edge of wood slats and pulled up the wood while removing the old roofing. Also, additional nails had to be attached as per code but the nails now had to be nailed over the old material and the nails would not have attached properly. Complaint was filed with BBB requesting refund for tapered board from Pitch which turned out to be a waste of money and did not eliminate the ponding as stated by salesperson that this was the answer, and for funds for me having to dispose of materials left behind by Pitch and Pitch never responded to my request. Regret deeply having contracted out with Pitch. To Pitch's' response, Pitch has never sent me a 20 year warranty on the elastomer as I requested from the owner and the elastomer rep. The elastomer the roofers applied was applied sloppily with hi and low areas and globs, poor workmanship. The salesman told me they had permanent crew and not subs, apparently this was subbed out and I would not have contracted out Pitch if they used subs. Pitch never did confirmed to me if they were subs. Pitch never picked up their materials/debris which they left in front of property for two months and they left behind. What kind of company is this ? BBB does not make decisions on a dispute, they just present the information from both parties and Pitch never responded to my response at BBB and BBB closes out the complaint after 10 days, BBB did not make a ruling and did not favor Pitch. View review at BBB. The low spot was not addressed properly and as in the picture one can see the large ponding area. Pitch charged me for material and labor they recommended and did not work as stated as a solution by salesperson. The ponding is worse after Pitch. Ridge vents were installed in area I asked not to be installed, they removed but there was soft spot where they patched and don't know if they filled in soft spot with wood that was removed. Consumer shouldn't go thru these issues from licensed contractor and have such poor experience. I would provide more photos but Google didn't allow.
