Platinum Roofing was amazing. I truly have nothing bad to say about the entire process from start to finish. The crew showed up at day break and was completely packed up and gone shortly after lunch. They had someone on site the whole time to keep me informed on everything which I loved and left nothing for me to clean up. Couldn't have been more seemless and I have a great quality, beautiful new roof.

Platinum Roofing has been a great service provider for me when I experienced roof damage from Hurricane Helene. Cody Tucker was the representative I worked with and he was always patient and took time to answer my questions. He also noted that my original roof did not adequate ventilation and made sure to address that with the new roof. I got a great deal for the quality I received, because trust me, I was shopping around to compare prices and work quality. He was even helpful in navigating the complex home insurance claim process to ensure the best possible outcome. The roofers came out and did a full replacement in one day. They picked up after themselves and made it right when a small mistake was made. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!

Platinum Roofing has been AMAZING working with us. We had roof damage from a storm months ago. They helped us deal with insurance and provided super quick service with a very nice new roof. We've even had issues with the mortgage company and the USPS just trying to get payment approved and a check lost in the mail.
