My condominium needed a new roof. When the roofers came to start, it was already summer. Hot and humid. The roofers showed up extra early and worked on weekends. Our condo board gave them permission to work early and on weekends. Then the rain came. Everyday for about 10 days. The roofers worked in between the rains in unbearable heat and humidity. On one Sunday it rained all day, that evening my AC stopped working. The ceiling in the AC closet was leaking due to days of rain and the roof wasn’t completely finished yet. So I called the management company and Javier from Premier Roofing came on a Sunday night in pouring rain and fixed the leak on the roof to prevent further damage. Found out he lives an hour away. I couldn’t believe it. The AC company wouldn’t come till the next day. A week later, Michael, he was the supervisor, came to inspect my ceilings. He informed me he will schedule a time convenient for me to repair stains on my ceilings. A few days later Michael made arrangements to send workers to repair all the stains and painted the ceilings. They did a great job! Javier came later to make sure I was happy with the work. A few weeks later, Michael and Javier showed up to do a final inspection. I am so impressed with professionalism with these two men! I asked for their information so I can write this review. If you need a commercial roof or residential roof, I highly recommend this company. Javier and Michael were exceptional and took pride in their work and thank you so much!

Had flat roof replaced. They did a great job. Working with Kevon was a wonderful experience. He always answered my phone calls in a timely manner and was helpful and knowledgeable. Use this company. You won’t be sorry!

Do not use these people. They gave me an offer and then charge me $850 more than the offer they gave me. The people they sent over looked like immigrants that don’t know what they’re doing. If it wasn’t for my husband that got on top of them and saw that they were doing and called the supervisor via video, they would’ve just used two tanks instead of five on my roof like they were doing. So they were trying to keep silicone for themselves. My husband who knows about roofing and can do the job himself was told by Insurance that it has to be with someone with license so my husband knew everything they were doing wrong. I knew that they didn’t know what they were doing. Two stars because it was done only because my husband was on top of them and showing them what they need to do. They also kept insisting that it was only half the roof to be done, even after showing them the invoice with the picture of the roof. Crazy. If owner is reading this then speak with Khader who offered 2700 and then charged 3550. he kept doing things in Spanish and I’m not very good with Spanish reading and I misunderstood everything he took advantage of that.
